Overview
This device automatically controls pH, nickel, and sodium hypophosphite (optional) in electroless nickel plating solution. It uses chelatometric titration for nickel, and iodometric titration for sodium hypophosphite. It individually outputs three automatic re-supply signals for the three variables: pH, nickel, and sodium hypophosphite, and can be used for both acidic and alkaline solutions.

Features
(1) Using the companion spiral condenser, this equipment can be utilized for high temperature solutions at 90 degrees [Celsius] without problems.
(2) Since no peristaltic pump is employed, it can be used without calibration and no periodic maintenance is required.
(3) As it uses the same methodology as manual analysis, this equipment qualifies as a standard analyzer.
(4) For titration endpoint detection, a semiconductor light source is used. As the lifetime of the light source is 100,000 hours or longer, there is virtually no need for replacement of the lamp.

Overview
It is Electroless Nickel Analyzer/Controller to boast of the top share class in the industry.
