Overview
This device measures concentrations of hydrogen peroxide, sulfuric acid, and copper in hydrogen peroxide/sulfuric acid etchant using titration, and outputs an automatic re-supply signal.

Features
(1) Since no peristaltic pump is employed, it can be used without calibration.
(2) As it uses the same method as manual analysis, this equipment qualifies as a standard analyzer.
(3) When hydrogen peroxide and free sulfuric acid drop below desirable levels, it outputs a re-supply signal. When copper concentration increases, it outputs a dilution signal. (4) For titration endpoint detection, a maintenance-free Pt/Pt sensor is used.

Improved upgraded version of 1036S. This device measures hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid using titration, and copper concentration using photometry (optical measurement), and outputs an automatic re-supply signal.

Features
(1) As it uses same method as manual analysis for measurement of hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid, this equipment qualifies as a standard analyzer.
(2) Measurement of copper concentration is by photometry using a semiconductor light source. Lifetime of the light source is 100,000 hours or longer. It can automatically control copper concentration with one order of magnitude higher accuracy and one order less variation.
(3) When hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid drop below desirable levels, it outputs a re-supply signal. When copper concentration increases, it outputs a diluting signal.
(4) Since the endpoint of titration is optically detected, in a manner similar to human eyesight, it can practically be checked by visual inspection. The endpoint detection sensor also uses a long-life semiconductor light source.
