TOP MESSAGE

Electrochemistry Systems Co., Ltd originated from the Kobayashi Plating Plant, which was founded in 1881. The company was established in 1988 by Yoshikazu Kobayashi, who developed various types of automatic solution control equipment. Since its establishment, the company has been a manufacturer of automatic solution control equipment that enables high-precision measurement with its proprietary technology, and has been providing such equipment to customers in Japan and overseas who manufacture advanced products such as semiconductor package substrates.
