Automatic control system for electroless nickel plating solution that boasts the top share class in the industry.Thorough reduction of maintenance man-hours and automatic operation minimize maintenance man-hours. Automatically controls pH, nickel concentration, and temperature in electroless nickel plating solution. Concentration is measured optically with a photocell, pH with a glass electrode and super reference, and temperature with a Pt100Ω Teflon sheath. The pH adjuster and nickel are automatically replenished according to the analysis results.

Overview
This device automatically controls pH, concentrations of nickel and boric acid in electrolytic nickel plating solution. It uses a glass electrode for pH measurement, photometry for nickel measurement, and neutralization titration for boric acid measurement, and individually outputs three automatic re-supply signals for the three components.
