Overview

This is a complete device for automatically controlling concentrations of formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide, and copper in electroless copper plating solution. It analyzes formaldehyde and sodium hydroxide using titration, and copper using photometry (optical measurement), and outputs automatic re-supply signals individually for the three components.
